Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache Cookie Dough Fudge
For the Cookie Dough:
1 1/2 cups Hazelnut flour (can sub almond flour)
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips (Danishealthyeats for a discount)
For the hazelnut ganache:
1 cup chocolate chips or 1 chocolate bar
1 tbsp hazelnut butter (dani20 for an exclusive discount!)
1/4 cup solid part of canned coconut milk
How to:
Combine all cookie dough ingredients together until a dough forms. Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Set aside.
Melt all of the ganache ingredients together, slowly, until completely smooth. Spread over the cookie dough layer evenly.
Place in the freezer to set. Once set, remove, slice into pieces, and enjoy!
These can be enjoyed from both the fridge and/or the freezer.
