I was going through my site recently and didn’t realize how many healthy snack recipes I had up. Personally, I always have to have snacks/healthy treats prepped for the week. I have such a massive sweet tooth and definitely love to have something after my meals! Usually I opt for a quick no-bake recipe that I can just throw in the freezer, because #easy, but I am definitely going to make a few from the archives this week! I wanted to share some of my favorites with you for some healthy snack/treat preppin’ inspo!

Snickers Rice Cakes

These are so so easy to throw together and I love putting them in the freezer! They’re crunchy, sweet, minimal ingredient, and so tasty! You can use whatever nut butter/protein you have on hand and mix it up to keep things fun!

Baked Breakfast Pears

These can totally be made as a fun breakfast idea or quick snack! You just whip up the crumble, throw it on top of halved pears, and bake! They’re so yummy with a little nut butter drizzle, coconut whip, or even adding some vegan ice cream as a treat!

Protein Baby Ruths

Baby ruths have never gotten the hype they deserve. I kind of feel bad for them.. what's not to love? Chocolate.. peanut butter.. sweet.. salty.. and these ones are packed with some protein, so you should definitely give them ago!

Pecan Pie Chia Pudding Jars

Well, we are just repeating ourselves here aren’t we? Breakfast, snack, dessert- these have you covered! I absolutely LOVE chia pudding. If you’re not a fan of the texture, try blending it all together before eating! It makes it smoother and creamier!

6. White Chocolate Snickers Crunch Cups

These cups are DANGEROUS. Salty, sweet, so easy to make - I am obsessed. If your’e not a peanut fan, you can swap them for any nut/seeds and different nut butters!

White Chocolate Lemon Raspberry Luna Bars

I used to have an unhealthy obsession with the white chocolate raspberry lemon luna bars.. but, I’m honestly not the biggest fan of the ingredients or paying for them all of the time. Making them home-made is easy, they’re packed with good-for-you ingredients, and they’re cheaper!
