Caramel Chip Tahini Mug Brownie
This mug brownie has been my go to after-dinner treat! It comes together in only a few minutes and is so, so tasty! And it’s perfect for when it’s just you or for when you don’t want a whole batch of something lying around!
If you’re not a tahini fan, any nut or seed butter will work for this! Just make sure that it’s a drippy/creamy one as those yield the best results!
Caramel Chip Tahini Mug Brownie

This is my favorite go to after-dinner treat when I want something quick, easy, and single serve! It turns out incredible!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tahini (almond or cashew works too)
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tsp olive oil + 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp plant milk
- 2 tbsp monk fruit or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips
Caramel
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of cinnamon + sea salt
- coconut whip if you’re feeling fancy
Instructions
- Grease a mug or ramekin (you could also split it between two).
- Mix everything together.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix together the caramel ingredients. Drizzle over top and top with coconut whip. Enjoy!
