these are seriously so simple and such a fun little treat for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 pears, halved & cored
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp protein powder of choice or more coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup runny almond butter or other nut butter
  • a pinch of oats if you're feeling them!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place the halved pears on a lined cookie sheet. Spray with a little olive oil spray or brush with melted coconut. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top.
  3. Combine all of the crumble ingredients in a small bowl, using your fingers to make it really come together. Divide the mixture amongst the four halves, filling the centers.
  4. Bake for 30 ish minutes or until tender and the crumble is golden.
  5. Drizzle with a little of my cinnamon roll syrup - optional but YUM - and enjoy!
