Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream Bars
I don’t know about you guys, but although fall is quickly approaching, I am by no means ready to give up my smoothies and nice cream just yet!
The other day I whipped these up and they are definitely going to be on repeat until I can no longer handle the cold! They taste like pumpkin pie in nice cream form and I don’t know anyone who would be upset with that! Not to mention how quick and painless these are, only requiring a few staple ingredients! Have some spotty bananas ready to be used!? Let’s go!
Serves: 6-8 (depending on size of molds)
What you need:
4 ripe bananas
1 cu p[umpkin puree
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla exract
1 scoop Ora Organic Good as Gold Powder (Optional)
Chocolate bar of choice (optional, but I used salted caramel Loving earth)
How to:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
Pour into ice cream molds & place in the freezer.
Once set, drizzle or coat in melted chocolate & chopped pecans!
