Golden Milk Protein Cups
These golden milk cups have been on repeat for us! Thomas and I both can put down an entire batch, no problem (whoops). The combination of spices and white chocolate is just too good.
For the protein punch, I used my favorite Macro Mike plant based protein. You can get a discount using “amb-dani” over on their website if you want to give it a try! Golden Milk Protein Cups

These are so simple and come together super quickly! Even non golden milk lovers enjoy these!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (any nut butter will work)
- 1-2 tsp golden milk powder (If you don't have a pre-made mix, you can just sub in the typical golden milk spices to taste!)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Line a mini cupcake tin with liners.
- Melt the white chocolate until completely smooth. If yours is overly thick, you can thin it a bit with coconut oil.
- Cover the bottom of the liners with a thin layer of chocolate and pop in the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
- In the meantime, make the filling by combining the remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place one over the bottom chocolate layer, pressing down slightly.
- Using the remaining chocolate, cover the filling. Place back in the freezer to set!
