You guys.. these literally couldn’t be easier. They’re sweet, they’re crunchy, they are THE perfect little treat to curb a sweet tooth! I love having these after my meals and love the little punch of protein! If you want yours a little sweeter, feel free to add in some maple syrup! I know that with different proteins, if yours isn’t sweetened/flavored, it may need it!

Yield: 8 Thin Bars

These bars are sweet, crunchy, and packed with a little protein! They are no bake, made in one bowl, and come together so quickly! They're the perfect little treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cacao butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 1/4 cups cereal of choice (can sub nuts and seeds for keto/paleo)
- Optional: Pinch of sea salt, vanilla, any other ad-ins!
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and cacao butter/oil until completely smooth. Stir in the protein powder until no lumps remain. Then, fold in the cereal.
- Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Remove, cut into slices, and enjoy!
