Almond Joy Slice
These almond joy bars are the ultimate no-bake treat! I am a huge fan of the coconut/almond combo - currently wishing I would have added some crushed almonds in one of those layers (NEXT TIME!). These bars come together in less than 10 minutes and all you need is one bowl (no processor!) and a freezer! If you can’t do almonds, feel free to sub any nut or seed butter! For the almond meal, you could sub oat flour or more coconut flour, but you may need to add some extra maple syrup, almond butter, or oil to help get the texture of the dough right, as these two flours absorb more moisture than almond flour! I hope you enjoy these as much as we do and if you try them, be sure to tag me @danishealthyeats on instagram!
