These bars are so delicious, come together quickly, are made with whole food ingredients, and super versatile - so you can make them using all of your favorite ingredients! They make the perfect grab and go snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups nuts/seeds of choice
  • 1 1/4 cups dates
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup or maple syrup - optional
  • zest from 1/2 lemon
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened raspberry chia jam
  • 1 cup Vegan White Chocolate - Optional

Instructions

  1. Add everything but the jam to a food processor, processing until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan.
  3. Spread the jam evenly over the base.
  4. Place in the freezer to Harden, 1-2 hours.
  5. If using white chocolate, melt until smooth.
  6. Remove the pan from the freezer and cut them into bars. Dip or drizzle each one. Return back to the freezer to allow the chocolate to firm up.
