Almond Joy Freezer Granola Bars

These almond joy freezer bars are the perfect healthy snack or on the go breakfast! Full of healthy fats, protein, and fiber - and not to mention how easy and tasty they are!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup crispy cereal - can sub more oats. I used a paleo cereal
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla + 1/2 tsp almond extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, cereal, almonds, coconut, sea salt, and seeds.
- Combine the remaining ingredients until completely smooth.
- Pour wet mixture over dry and stir well until thoroughly combined.
- Press into the pan and place in the freezer to Harden. Cut into bars.
- You can either melt your chocolate and drizzle over top or add the chocolate chips into the actual bars!
- Note: These have to stay in the freezer to hold together!
