These little "candies" are packed full of all the goodies! They are the perfect little sweet treat to curb a craving and provide you with a healthy dose of fats, protein, and fiber!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, but makes it sweeter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk (or ground flax)33

Instructions

  1. Add the walnuts and hempseeds to a food processor. Process until the walnuts are small bits.
  2. Then add in the remaining ingredients, processing until a sticky dough forms. Taste and adjust as needed (You can add more maple if you like yours a bit sweeter).
  3. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and freeze for about an hour or until hardened up.
  4. Melt the chocolate until smooth. Cut the mixture into small bars and dip each one in the chocolate.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and return to the freezer until hardened. Enjoy!
