Omega-3 Candies
Omega Rich Candies

These little "candies" are packed full of all the goodies! They are the perfect little sweet treat to curb a craving and provide you with a healthy dose of fats, protein, and fiber!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, but makes it sweeter)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk (or ground flax)33
Instructions
- Add the walnuts and hempseeds to a food processor. Process until the walnuts are small bits.
- Then add in the remaining ingredients, processing until a sticky dough forms. Taste and adjust as needed (You can add more maple if you like yours a bit sweeter).
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and freeze for about an hour or until hardened up.
- Melt the chocolate until smooth. Cut the mixture into small bars and dip each one in the chocolate.
- Place on a cookie sheet and return to the freezer until hardened. Enjoy!
