Granola Crust Fruit Pizza

If you are not a fan of granola.. I don’t trust you.

Haha, just kidding. But granola is a staple for me. However, store-bought granola can be packed full of artificial, fillers, preservatives, and SO MUCH SUGAR. I’ve always loved making my own home-made granola because of this (and I love how versatile you can get with it!) So, the other day, I had some granola laying around and wanted something a little different than the typical yogurt bowl. Somehow, I came up with this genius idea (yeah right Dani, this has definitely been done before. But let a girl dream!) to make a granola crust dessert pizza! Nutrient-dense, tastes like a dream, & super versatile! You can literally make this to your hearts desire. Not to mention, it is pretty quick to whip up as well! I hope you enjoy!

Granola Crust:

  • 1 cup granola of choice

  • 1 cup oats (or more granola!)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp Nut butter (I used almond)

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Process ingredients in a food processor until sticky dough forms. Press into the bottom of desired pan and place in freezer to set.

Filling:

  • Yogurt of choice! I used Kite Hills unsweetened almond milk yogurt for this. Enough to cover the granola, but you can make this section as thick as you’d like! I sweetened mine with some liquid vanilla stevia & a splash of vanilla extract, however you can buy flavored yogurt, sweeten some with honey or maple syrup, etc.

Toppings:

  • Have fun with this! Use whatever fruit you’d like. I like to keep it pretty colorful and use a mixture of some of my favorites. You can also add coconut flakes, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or drizzle nut butter on top like I did! You won’t regret that one, I promise!
