Quick Dill Pickle Hummus
I recently got my hands on the super popular Trader Joes Dill Pickle hummus and totally understand the hype - it is SO good! I am a huge dill pickle fan, so there shouldn’t have been any surprise there! But, I knew I wanted to make my own version and was so happy with how this turned out! Quick, easy, full of good for you ingredients, and packed with all the dill flavor! ENJOY!
Dill Pickle Hummus

A fun spin on classic hummus! If you've ever had the Trader Joes Dill Pickle Hummus, you will love this! Full of healthy, whole-food ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from the can of chickpeas)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/4 yellow onion
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard (optional!)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing until completely smooth.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
