This snack mix is the best wholesome snack, full of flavor, and satiating! I love having it prepped to snack on throughout the day or at the end of the night while relaxing! It'd also be perfect for game day!
Ingredients
- 1 Simple Mills almond flour crackers (or any crackers if not paleo!)
- 2 cups mix-ins of choice (I did almonds, cashews, sunflower & pumpkin seeds but coconut flakes, plantains, etc. would all be great!)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Ranch mix: (can always use packets too!)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp minced onion, 1 1/2 tbsp dried dill, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp dried chives, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp dried mustard, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Add your mix-ins to a large bowl (besides the crackers).Drizzle the olive oil & vinegar over top. Add the seasonings & give everything a good toss. You could always taste it & adjust as needed! Then add in the crackers, gently tossing.Bake for 10 minutes or so, until the nuts have toasted & are fragrant.Let cool & store in an airtight container!
